Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon — the product area responsible for Wrike’s visual collaboration strategy and the evolution of whiteboarding experiences within the broader CWM platform.
In this role, you will define and lead the strategy of Wrike Whiteboards across the key pillars: whiteboard core experience, AI strategy, vertical-oriented use cases, convergence between Wrike and Klaxoon, and customer retention. You will balance innovation, customer stewardship, product unification, and business needs while shaping the future role of visual collaboration in Wrike.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product strategy, people leadership, customer empathy, AI-native thinking, and organizational integration. You will help transform Klaxoon into a world-class visual collaboration tool while developing the PM team into stronger strategic product leaders.
Your Impact:
Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy: Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon across the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence into a single seamless product.
Grow whiteboard adoption and experience: Continuously raise the bar on the Klaxoon product experience to make it a world-class visual collaboration tool, with strong focus on driving adoption among Wrike customers and identifying high-value vertical use cases.
Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to work AI-natively, identifying where agentic workflows can change how the team operates and scales output.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers - helping them move from feature ownership to strategic product leadership while building a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.
Your qualifications:
Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
AI-native thinking: Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and ability to identify differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration.
Good UX judgment: Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools.
Standout Qualities:
Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products.
Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development.
Proficiency in French is a strong plus - the team is mostly France-based.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex product areas for the AI-native future.
About the Role:
Visual collaboration impact: You will shape the future of Klaxoon as a world-class whiteboarding and visual collaboration experience inside Wrike.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, and innovation in one highly visible product area.
AI-native transformation: You will help define how visual collaboration evolves in a future where AI changes how teams brainstorm, align, plan, and execute work.
Organizational integration: You will strengthen the link between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

Who Is Wrike and Our Culture
We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. With 1,000+ employees collaborating across nearly every time zone, we support talent through 10 global hubs — Australia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, France, India, Ireland, Japan, and the United States — offering flexible ways of working that include remote work, hybrid environments, and co-working spaces across many locations.
While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.
Our persona
Smart: We love what we do, and we’re great at it because this is our domain. Our combined knowledge in this space is unmatched.
Dedicated: We get up every day focused on helping our customers win. We’re committed to helping our teammates win, too!
Approachable: We're friendly, easy to get along with, considerate, and helpful.
